Research & Impact
Research-led care translated into practical next steps.
Dr Graham is an international expert in head injury. He completed a PhD at Imperial College in predictive technologies for neurotrauma, with research spanning neuroimaging and ultrasensitive blood tests for injury detection, called biomarkers. That evidence base supports clearer diagnoses, more informed expectations, and tailored care.
- Advanced Diagnostics: In selected cases, fluid biomarkers such as plasma neurofilament light may help clarify injury when standard scans are normal.
- Data-Driven Recovery: Predictive tools support more realistic recovery expectations and follow-up planning.
- Public Education: Trusted by BBC Radio 4 and The Economist to explain complex brain science.
